CCL’s Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leaders who can drive our healthy and happy lives agenda in more ways than one. It aims to develop potential leaders with competencies and skills through a yearlong cross-functional project training and on-job development for their present and future roles.
Driven by our passionate pursuit of health and wellbeing for the people around the world, we look for fresh graduates who believe that healthy and happy people create stronger, more productive societies. The program encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.
