Sales Managers are the back bone of the Field Force. To strengthen their professional capabilities, CCL Pharma is providing them learning opportunities under the umbrella of LEAD project with the collaboration of TMF Associates. Recently a 2 day’ workshop on “Problem Solving & Decision Making and Conflict Management” was arranged across 3 cities, Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi which was attended by 48 SMs & RTLs and all the BUMs from Pak Ops. Apart from the facilitation, the workshop was spiced up with real world case studies, simulations, business games and case presentations.
While addressing the participants, Dr. Shahzad Khan – CEO & MD advised audience to adapt a student attitude towards the industry and the organization. This student attitude will help you to get more understanding of the industry in general and the organization in particular. This will help you to prosper in the career, he added. In his opening remarks, Muhammad Akram – Commercial Director, highlighted the importance to acquire knowledge and develop managerial skills for better business and people management. He emphasized the need of the implementation & execution of the learning to boost the professional image and productivity.
The participants were completely involved in various exercises and practice live scenarios. A post training assignment was also given to SMs to strengthen the learning and to enable them to implement the learning during their day to day matters. Certificates of Participants were awarded at the end of each session.
