LAHORE, JUNE 2018: The training function in collaboration with the IntOps marketing team recently held a management skills workshop (AIM-I) for CCL’s managers in the Afghanistan team. The 3-day workshop was held at the Grand Palm Hotel in Lahore and was attended by nine colleagues.
“We cannot emphasize enough the importance of learning and development to boost the performance. I advise you to participate whole-heartedly and apply the new learning to drive personal and organizational growth,” remarked AzeemSuleman, General Manager InTops in his opening remarks.
The workshop covered valuable topics including management process, role of a manager, business management, performance management, how to conduct sales meetings, dealing with people, coaching, motivation and effective communication. The workshop included case studies, group exercises and role plays to strengthen the learning process.
The workshop was concluded by Dr. Shahzad Khan who said, “It is important to focus on the quality of products and the people.
