At CCL Quality comes first. Ensuring the highest standards of Quality and Ethics are our core operating principles. We are a local company that makes pharmaceutical products of international quality standards.

Quality Policy:

1) Our Quality Policy starts at quality hiring made strictly on merit and giving special emphasis on training and development of the human resource.

2) We believe that every product of CCL, be it lesser or higher in price, it has to be superior in the overall quality & the service than that provided by its competitors.

3) Commitment to excellence by a motivated team.

4) The Company has a ‘Quality Manual’ which specifies the quality management system of CCL. The scope of the manual includes the design, manufacturing & supply of the pharmaceutical products. This manual is aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by consistently providing conforming products and meeting or excelling customer and applicable regulatory requirements through application of the systems, continuous improvements and prevention of nonconformity.

Built-in Quality:

Pharmaceuticals are not like other goods which can all be tested at the end of their production. Unlike automobiles, garments, and furniture, for example, pharmaceutical products can only be tested by statistical sampling because the testing is destructive. Then how do we ensure that each unit meets the specification just by testing a few statistical samples? This is achieved by the principle of building the quality into the product through a system of quality assurance. The Quality Assurance Department at CCL controls the manufacturing process of every product by monitoring the in-process parameters. It ensures that at every stage of production the intermediates meet the laid-down specifications. It further ensures that each product is made by the laid-down Standard Operating Procedure and that each step of the process is recorded for traceability. Thus we do not depend upon testing the final product only; we build the quality into our products.

Quality Control:

Our Quality Control Department is concerned with sampling, specifications and testing, and with the organization, documentation and release procedures which ensure that the necessary and relevant tests are carried out and that materials are not released for use, nor products released for sale or supply, until their quality has been judged to satisfactory.
