Valam is a combination of two antihypertensive drugs i.e. Amlodipine and Valsartan in tablet form in a pack of 14 tablets each. Valam tablets contain 5/80mg, 5/160mg and 10/160mg of amlodipine and valsartan respectively. Valam is indicated for the management of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on either mono-therapy.

Sitamet is a combination of two antidiabetic agents, i.e. Sitagliptin and Metformin. Sitamet contains Sitagliptin 50mg and Metformin 500 and 1000mg in tablets form, in a pack of 14 tablets each. Sitagliptin belongs to a new class of drugs commonly known as DPP-4 inhibitors, whereas Metformin belongs to a class known as biguanides. Sitamet is indicated for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM).

Efficlot contains Prasugrel 5mg and 10mg in tablets form, which is an anti-platelet drug. Efficlot is indicated to reduce the rate of thrombotic cardiovascular events including stent thrombosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome who are to be managed with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. (PCI)

Crestat contains Rosuvastatin Calcium in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg tablets form and is a synthetic lipid lowering agent for oral administration. Crestat is indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet to reduce elevated Total Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Non-HDL Cholesterol and triglycerides and to increase HDL Cholesterol in patients with primary hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia.

Flexagil contains Cyclobenzaprine 5mg and 10 mg in tablet form. Flexagil is indicated as an adjuvant to rest and physical therapy for the relief of muscle spasm associated with acute and painful musculoskeletal conditions. Since the muscle spasm associated with acute and painful musculoskeletal conditions are generally of short duration, therefore Flexagil is recommended for a short period of time i.e. two to three weeks.

Noclot LD contains Clopidogrel in a loading dose of 300mg. Noclot LD is indicated for the reduction of atherothrombotic events in Recent Myocardial Infarction, Recent Stroke and in Per-Cutaneous Intervention (PCI). As a follow up, Noclot tablet 75mg once daily is recommended.

Losiral contains Letrazole 2.5mg in tablet form, which is a third Generation Aromatase Inhibitor and is recommended as extended adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer in postmenopausal women who have received 5 years of adjuvant tamoxifen therapy. It is also recommended as a first line therapy for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive or hormone receptor unknown, locally advanced or metastatic cancer.
